What You Will Do

  • Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective patients to schedule appointments with hearing professionals
  • Drive sales by promoting offers, discussing hearing solutions, and scheduling appointments that meet patient needs
  • Identify sales opportunities and assess client needs ensuring high service standards are maintained
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and daily performance targets, contributing to team success
  • Optimize clinic calendars to maximize appointment availability and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate client records in our appointment system
  • What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound calling, appointment scheduling, or a high-volume sales environment
  • Proven ability to build value in appointments, overcome objections, and foster client trust
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • A passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives
