A Canadian medical device company is looking for someone to lead their sales and operations. With an exclusive and growing product line that is best in class, they require a leader who has restructured, built, grown and led sales teams and has had direct line of sight and / or responsibility for P&L.
Reporting to the CEO, you will manage day to day operations of the business, ensure the sales team is optimized and performing.
You will also be responsible for establishing and measuring KPIs and growing market share in the lucrative and elective practice of aesthetic medicine.
In your previous roles you have consistently performed at or above plan and you bring the experience required to make the necessary changes for retooling existing processes and for optimizing business efficiencies for maximizing top and bottom line results.
Requirements :
5+ years of sales team management with documented history of over achieving results.
Summarizing and presenting reports to a VP level or above
Oversight, training and coaching of your sales team such time that sales managers can be hired to back fill your success leading to your upward mobility within the organization
Capital equipment sales directly to business or clinic owners. Hospital sales leaders, RFP and / or buying group business leaders need not apply.
Compensation will be tied directly to the success of your sales region and will include and base salary, regional performance incentives, an override on company commissions and bonuses derived from your team’s success.
Additional remuneration will tie your compensation directly to the success of the business.
