Are you a numbers person with a good sense of customer service?

YOUR ROLE :

This versatile position combines responsibilities related to accounting, administration and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include :

Proceed and validate the professional invoicing;
Record the data in the accounting system;
Scan and file supporting documents;
Collaborate and maintain good relationships with various professionals and / or colleagues;
Any other duties related to the need for the position.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

DEC in accounting, administration or any other training related to the position;

Relevant billing experience in a similar role;

Good command of French and English, spoken and written;

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;

Knowledge of Master software (an asset);

Professional rigour and thoroughness;

Good ability to meet deadlines;

Managing stress and priorities well;

Teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
