Working closely with the general contractor’s site supervisor, you'll attend site meetings and review meeting minutes to stay on top of project developments. You'll provide strong leadership to your crew, efficiently execute BIM design, and coordinate between the BIM team and the pre-fab shop. Additionally, you'll proactively identify, track, and mitigate potential project issues, including labor management, ordering, scope gaps, and subcontractor errors, ensuring that any obstacles are addressed before they become problems. Your role is dynamic and engaging, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on each project and contribute to the overall success of the team.
