Job descriptionSaturdays and Sundays from 12 PM - 6PM Thursdays and Fridays from 3PM - 9PM Product Demonstrations : Organize and conduct in-store sampling events highlighting featured products. Customer Engagement : Actively engage with customers, providing product information and encouraging purchases. Product Knowledge : Understand the brands and products to communicate their benefits effectively. Setup and Cleanup : Organize product displays and follow food safety protocols. Sales Support : Direct interested customers to the correct aisles for purchases. Compliance : Follow company and store guidelines, ensuring demonstrations meet safety standards. Have or open to obtaining a Food Handlers Certification (FHC) Strong communication and customer service skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Sales-driven with a proactive approach to promoting products Positive, Energetic, Lively and Charismatic Previous retail, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred (training provided) Previous hands-on experience in brand marketing and customer engagement would be an asset Problem Solving ability in a fast-paced environment In-store work during peak shopping hours (evenings and weekends) Branded uniforms will be provided Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Enduring Success : We are not just about achieving success; we're about sustaining it.
