We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role combines customer service and order coordination, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
- 20-23 / hour (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday
- Process new equipment orders through Salesforce and release to production.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and resolve issues.
- Handle customer inquiries about orders, shipping, and product details.
- Process warranty replacement orders and adjust part availability as needed.
