We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing sector. Located in Vaughan, Ontario, this role provides a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Collections Specialist, your responsibilities will include maintaining and managing customer credit data, processing applications, and addressing customer inquiries.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer credit applications efficiently
- Maintain customer credit records accurately
- Address customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions
- Use Accounting Software Systems to manage customer data
- Utilize Accurint and Epic Software in performing duties
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Functions
- Respond to inbound calls regarding customer credit inquiries
- Administer collection processes and claim administration
- Employ ADP - Financial Services and CRM for managing customer accounts and inquiries.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with Accurint
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Knowledge of Epic Software
- Demonstrated ability in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience in answering inbound calls
- Capable of performing billing functions effectively
- Knowledge of claim administration processes
- Proficient in executing collection processes.
