About Us :

At Bean, we're building a personal food assistant that learns your taste preferences and helps you decide what to eat, whether at home or at a restaurant, solving the universal problem of decision fatigue.

What You'll Do :

  • Create and post engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Identify and incorporate trending topics, memes, and audio into Bean's content.
  • Design eye-catching visuals and videos using tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns.
  • Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to boost engagement.

Our ideal Digital Content Creator is :

  • An efficient & effective executor : You're someone who can work quickly to meet deadlines and produce exceptional content without compromising on quality. We move fast, so this is crucial!
  • A creative & analytical thinker : You can conceptualise, design, and executive engaging campaigns and content that resonate with millennial and Gen Z audiences - i.e. designing event collateral, shooting and editing reels and stories, or writing unique, creative copy
  • A collaborator : You'll work closely with our Brand Manager to brainstorm, plan, and execute impactful marketing ideas, so you'll need to be able to bounce off someone, take feedback and work as a team
  • A great designer : In short, you're a gun designer. You have a great eye for detail and can use a style guide to create content that is fresh and engaging
  • A multitasker : You're able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple campaigns and prioritise top tasks to make it all work
  • A positive, passionate person : We love what we do and the projects we work on. We're looking for someone who is passionate about design, branding, socials and digital - someone who gets as excited about trends, analytics and ?launches' as much as we do!
