We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, efficient, and within-budget project delivery. The role involves managing a team of 2-3 technical project managers, overseeing deliverables across server / virtualization, storage, networking, Citrix, Exchange, and database technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects for PHSA, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare financial forecasts for capital planning, monitor budget, and provide variance explanations to leadership and Health Authorities.
- Review and approve program deliverables, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide project technical leadership, closely collaborating with PHSA and Health Authority teams.
- Create and distribute regular program status reports, manage program schedules, and facilitate program status meetings.
- Prepare change requests as needed and manage program risk and issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Health Authority contacts and champions.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of technical resources, ensuring all goals and deliverables are met.
