Tasks

Facilitate the identification and analysis of challenges to develop effective solutions in collaboration with teams.
Assist teams in evaluating customer feedback to enhance products or services.
Provide strategic advice to managers and teams to strengthen operational quality.
Coordinate problem-solving sessions to foster innovation and proactive resolution.
Aid teams in integrating required standards, specifications, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
Conduct rigorous follow-ups and validate the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
Actively support managers in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
Contribute to the establishment and sustainability of the quality system by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

Degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or business administration, or equivalent experience in the field.

Intermediate level of English proficiency for smooth communication with team members outside of Quebec.
