Job descriptionCarry out administrative activities of establishment Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Answer electronic enquiries Order office supplies and maintain inventory Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Ensure that appropriate administrative procedures are followed Public transportation is available Efficient interpersonal skills Positive attitude Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities Recruits newcomers and / or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example : Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and / or refugees Provides cultural competency training and / or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example : anonymizing the hiring process, etc.) Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities Work Term : Permanent Work Language : English Hours : 30 hours per week Requirements : Work Permit
