Responsibilities :

Assist in filling out applications and organizing supporting documents under supervision;

Draft and prepare application forms, correspondence letters, and cover letters;

Assist in following up and checking application statuses;

Research policies, practices, and case decisions;

Contact clients with requirements;

Manage files and record client data.

Required skills and experience :

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;

Strong writing and communication skills;

Team player;

Ability to meet critical deadlines;

Currently enrolled or intend to enroll in a program to become an immigration consultant

Job Type : Part-time Internship

Part-time hours : Flexible

Salary : $17.4-$18.00 per hour
