Job Description
FLINT is seeking a Field Administrator with 3-5 years' experience in a heavy industrial environment in Burrard, BC. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday - Thursday schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive field documentation systems and processes.
- Oversee accurate inventory tracking and record-keeping.
- Perform precise data entry and maintain detailed project records.
- Ensure proper safety documentation and compliance.
- Generate and submit daily timesheets.
- Procure construction materials and subcontractor services.
- Receive and process invoices and goods daily.
- Maintain detailed equipment and rental inventory logs.
- Prepare and print weekly work packages for craft teams.
- Submit Labor, Equipment, and Material Sheets (LEMS) for client approval via DocuSign.
