Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation : Operate and maintain small construction machines such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and compactors.
Site Preparation : Assist in grading, trenching, and material handling to support various trades.
Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols while using equipment to protect yourself and others on-site.
Basic Maintenance : Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure equipment is in top condition.
Problem-Solving : Address on-site challenges, such as terrain or equipment limitations, with innovative solutions.
