Accountant

Our client is searching for an Accountant to join their team. This role will be responsible for all accounting activities for their assigned companies. Your success will be defined by your ability to :

• Post journal entries for accounts payables, accounts receivables, and other general transactions
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reconcile balance sheets and bank accounts; investigating and resolving discrepancies when required
• Examine documents and financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards
• Develop and maintain internal control procedures
• Complete reports and analysis to summarize status and trends for internal stakeholders
• Assist with year-end reviews, forecast and budget preparations
• Provide support to other accounting related activities as required
