Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the Shop Planner is responsible for the daily operation within the Fleet Services function of our Moose Jaw Terminal. In this role, you are expected to deliver on your objectives while supporting the Terminal in achieving necessary results. The successful applicant should possess mechanical knowledge of highway tractors and trailers.

This is a Monday to Friday position, days. 7 : 00 AM start

About the position :

• Coordinating calls, emails, scheduling planner, manager the PO system, and track and manage costs
• Regularly auditing partner vendor quotes, and completed repairs to ensure quality maintenance that is consistent and aligned with our company standards
• Ordering, receiving, tracking and maintaining parts inventory through our TMT maintenance system
• Responsible for communicating and coordinating with Operations and customers for any equipment repairs.
• Involved in maintenance and general up-keep of the facilities and applicable properties
