Event coordinator Jobs in Trois-Rivieres, QC

We are in search of a Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our sales team, providing both pre-sales and post-sales support. You will be tasked with managing customer accounts, fielding sales inquiries, and ensuring data entry compliance. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, with the option to work remotely.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the sales teams to provide support for Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations
• Handle the creation of new accounts in Salesforce Lightning CRM
• Assist with modifications at the account level
• Field direct sales inquiry calls and emails
• Manage and execute internal help desk queue as required
• Provide daily support to worldwide sales on various sales administrative tasks
• Maintain, update and ensure accurate contact / account data in Salesforce
• Ensure internal data entry compliance standards are met
• Safeguard the security and privacy of our organization and its customers.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating strong communication skills and patience.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.
• High level of accuracy and speed in data entry, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
• Excellent email correspondence skills, with an emphasis on clarity, detail orientation, and timeliness.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a positive and detail oriented demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a capacity to create, modify, and interpret spreadsheets.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for email communication, scheduling, and task management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents.
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, considering the availability and preferences of all involved parties.
