Your role will be as follows :

• Participation in the complete payroll processing cycle (weekly);
• Collaboration in the administration of benefits;
• Validation and entry of payroll and benefits data into the systems;
• Production of electronic employment records;
• Production of remittances to various organizations;
• Development and production of reports for internal and external users;
• Participation in year-end preparation and quarterly audits;
• Contact person for HR collaborators at the various Canadian sites for questions relating to payroll and
• benefits;
• Participation in maintaining payroll compliance in both practices and systems (UKG).
