Description :
This Business Consultant will work primarily as a meeting facilitator.
The work of the Facilitator will include the following :
Panel Meetings Preparation Phase :
- An initial meeting with Service and Red Tape Reduction and the Chair of a Public Advisory Panel (the Panel) to discuss the role, expectations and facilitation approach including an opportunity to ask questions about the Panel scope of work.
- Participation in regular planning meetings to review objective, timelines, logistics, communications, etc.
- Oversee coordination and onboarding of presenters and panellists, including invitations to identified speakers, RSVPs, biographies, presentation materials, etc.
- Confirm the meeting agenda with the Panel and familiarize them with the supporting documents.
