Role Summary

We are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to drive innovative and high-performing creative solutions for paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and TikTok. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end creative process for ad campaigns, optimizing assets for maximum ROI, and staying at the forefront of industry trends to ensure our marketing remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.

As the bridge between data-driven insights and creative execution, you will collaborate with internal teams, content creators, and influencers to produce scroll-stopping campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver measurable results.

Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Oversee the entire creative flow of ad campaigns, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to track campaign KPIs and incorporate data-driven insights into creative strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and refine creative assets to optimize for ROI, conversions, and engagement across platforms.
  • Manage A / B testing initiatives to identify high-performing creative elements and inform future campaigns.

Ad and Content Strategy Development

  • Develop compelling ad concepts and scripts tailored to different audience segments and campaign objectives.
  • Create performance-driven hooks, copy, and scripts for video and static ads, leveraging platform-specific trends and insights.
  • Partner with designers and editors to ensure the production of high-quality, brand-aligned ad assets.
  • Market Insights & Trends

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and platform updates to inspire innovative ad concepts.
  • Experiment with emerging formats, storytelling techniques, and UGC styles to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Share market insights with cross-functional teams to inform broader marketing strategies.

  • Source, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and collaborators to fuel a steady pipeline of authentic UGC.

  • Skills and Tools :

  • Proficiency with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong copywriting and scriptwriting skills for ads and UGC.
  • Knowledge :

  • In-depth understanding of platform-specific ad formats, creative best practices, and audience behavior.

  • Concevoir des concepts publicitaires percutants et des scripts adaptés à différents segments de clientèle et objectifs de campagne.
