We are looking for driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts. You will be responsible for prospecting, meeting potential clients in person, delivering compelling sales presentations, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate is a self motivated professional with excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market. If you excel at building relationships and exceeding sales targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Advantages
60,000 - $65,000 base salary + commissions
8 Hour Shifts - 5 days per week

Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software and provide regular updates to management
Qualifications
2+ Years of sales experience, preferably in outside sales or B2B salesperson
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target
