Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Loyalty Associate to join our client's team in Halifax, NS. This is a temporary role with a competitive salary of $17 per hour. Pay rate : $17 / hour.

Location : Halifax, NS

Shifts : Monday-Friday 10 : 00am-7 : 00pm

Responsibilities :

Resolving client queries and requests through various electronic and telecommunications channels, including email, internet banking systems, facsimile, and telephone.

Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions and alternatives.

Escalating issues to the appropriate specialist or department as necessary.

Following communication scripts for handling different topics.

Reviewing daily system-generated reports and proactively contacting clients to resolve a range of issues.

Approving or declining cheques or debits to overdrawn accounts per the client's policies and procedures.

Staying current on all bank products and services, including rates and fees.

Requirements :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Post-secondary education combined with at least two years of customer service experience.

Previous experience in a customer support role.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening abilities.

A customer-focused mindset and adaptability to various personality types.

The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with customer service practices and conflict resolution techniques.
