We are seeking a QA Testing Architect to establish and refine a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) strategy from the ground up. This role involves defining processes, procedures, and best practices for testing across various systems and platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of assessing the current state of QA, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions to ensure robust and effective testing practices.Essential ResponsibilitiesQA Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and implement a scalable QA testing strategy aligned with organizational needs.Define standards, procedures, and best practices for all QA activities and testing processes.Current QA State EvaluationAssess existing QA processes to identify improvement opportunities.Provide actionable recommendations for enhancing QA capabilities and addressing gaps.Testing Strategy and ExecutionLead the design and implementation of testing strategies, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dealer-facing platforms, core business applications, resource centers, and other key systems.Oversee the planning, design, and execution of test cases and scenarios to ensure high-quality deliverables.Ensure comprehensive testing coverage across all IT projects and initiatives.Identify, record, and track software defects and inconsistencies.Collaboration and CommunicationAnalyze project requirements to identify potential risks and challenges.Provide technical guidance and coaching to QA testers and other team members.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to align QA objectives and deliverables.Serve as the primary point of contact for all QA-related inquiries and updates.Defect Management and Test ExecutionUtilize Client ALM tools to track defects and manage test cases efficiently.Perform root cause analysis and retest defects for timely resolution.Develop and execute comprehensive manual test cases and plans to ensure thorough testing.Report defects, issues, and risks to stakeholders promptly.Ensure all testing activities meet specific business requirements.Continuous ImprovementMonitor QA performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes' efficiency and effectiveness.Perform other duties as required.Core CompetenciesDeliver excellent customer service.Perform and complete job tasks accurately and reliably.Use time effectively and productively.Meet expectations and honor commitments.Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.Accept constructive feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve.Adapt and be flexible and resilient in response to challenges.Generate and express ideas for improvement.Take responsibility and ownership for decisions, actions, and results.Contribute to the team and be committed to department and organizational goals.Respect, seek to understand, and value individual differences.Communicate effectively (both written and verbal).Practice attentive and active listening; have the patience to hear people out.Be seen as a truthful individual; foster integrity and high ethical standards.Maintain confidentiality.Believe and display that our customers represent our current success and remain vital to our future growth.Live the organizational values and demonstrate the behaviors daily.QualificationsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years as a QA Testing Architect, preferably, focusing on testing strategy and process design.Proven experience in building QA frameworks and departments.Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.Proficiency in documentation management and QA methodology.Solid understanding of security concepts (authentication, encryption, access control).Experience with various testing techniques such as functional testing, stress testing, unit testing, user interface testing, or integration testing.Proficiency with Client ALM tools for defect tracking and test case management.Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve defects promptly.Experience in designing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive test cases and plans.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to best QA practices.Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) is required.Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, education verification, and employment reference checks are required before employment.
