Our client, a leading global manufacturing and construction company, is looking to add an FP&A Analyst to their dynamic team.

Your new role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our client's team, working alongside a Senior FP&A Analyst to cover three business units. The successful candidate will assist with month-end reporting, business partnering with business leaders, organizing and delivering the fiscal budget, and providing accurate forecasting. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in financial planning and analysis.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, your responsibilities will include but aren't limited to :

• Assist in preparing and analyzing month-end financial reports for three business units.
• Support business leaders by providing financial insights and assisting in decision-making.
• Help organize and deliver the fiscal budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of accurate forecasting models to support business planning.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and projects.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
