En tant que représentant du service à la clientèle, vous serez chargé de répondre aux demandes de soutien (par téléphone et par courriel) des clients, de comprendre leurs besoins et de résoudre les problèmes posés dans un délai raisonnable en suivant la ligne de conduite fixée par l’entreprise.

L'objectif est d'assurer d'excellentes normes de service, de répondre efficacement aux demandes des clients et de maintenir une satisfaction élevée de la clientèle.

Description de la fonction

Service à la clientèle :

Fournir une assistance en temps opportun et professionnelle aux clients via différents canaux, notamment par téléphone, courriel et système de tickets. Répondre aux demandes, résoudre les problèmes et traiter les demandes en mettant l'accent sur la prestation d'un service exceptionnel.

Traitement des demandes : Écouter activement les préoccupations des clients, prendre des mesures proactives pour traiter les demandes et assurer un suivi pour garantir la satisfaction du client.

Support technique de base : Fournir un support technique de base aux clients en les guidant à travers les processus et les fonctionnalités de nos produits ou services.

Documentation : Tenir à jour les enregistrements des interactions avec les clients, y compris les détails des demandes, des résolutions et des suivis nécessaires dans notre système de tickets.

Collaboration interne : Collaborer avec les autres équipes internes, notamment les équipes de développement de produits, pour résoudre les problèmes des clients et améliorer l'expérience globale du service client.

Service aux fournisseurs de santé :

Servir de point de contact principal pour les fournisseurs de santé liés aux tâches suivantes :

  • Inscriptions au dépôt direct ;
  • Inscriptions aux relevés en ligne ;
  • Changements liés à leur compte (TPP) ;
  • Suivi des fournisseurs débiteurs.

Qualifications

  • D.E.C. en technique de l’informatique ou dans un domaine équivalent ;
  • Minimum de 2 à 3 années d’expérience en service à la clientèle (environnement Microsoft) ;
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral ;
  • Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en assurance collective ;
  • Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et de la suite Microsoft Office ;
  • Connaissance des bases de données SQL souhaitée ;
  • Rigueur, débrouillardise et sens de l’analyse ;
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale ;
  • Souci exceptionnel du détail, y compris un sens aigu de l’organisation ;
  • Capacité à prioriser et gérer une charge de travail sous pression ;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, ainsi qu’en équipe ;
  • Expérience avérée dans un environnement exigeant et rapide, tout en faisant du service à la clientèle une priorité ;
  • Entregent, dynamisme et enthousiasme.
