We are hiring for a Project Controller to support one of our clients for a project based in central NLThe Site-Based Project Controller will be responsible for managing, controlling and reporting schedule and cost aspects of construction projects on-site. This role involves planning, scheduling, forecasting, trend and variance analysis, and reporting to ensure project costs and schedule are managed effectively and align with the Project Execution Plan and company objectives.  Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules Conduct variance analysis Develop recovery schedules and recommend corrective actions Monitor and control project costsReview and monitor subcontracts Process Improvement initiatives Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in project controls, preferably in construction industryExperience using P6 and Construction Management software (an asset)Planning / scheduling experienceGreat analytic, organizational and problem-solving skillsWHO WE AREWe Recruit.
