Role Overview :
As a Site Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in managing on-site operations for Building Envelope projects. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning & Scheduling – Collaborate with the Project Scheduler to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Team Leadership – Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily activities of trades and subcontractors, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Safety Enforcement – Champion a culture of safety by ensuring all personnel use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance – Oversee Building Envelope installations to ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and project specifications.
- Resource Coordination – Work closely with the Project Coordinator to manage material needs and ensure timely deliveries.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate daily logs, review and submit employee timesheets, and provide regular progress reports to the Construction Project Manager.
- Stakeholder Communication – Attend site meetings with trades and engineers, actively resolving any issues that arise.
