About the Role :

The Sales Manager oversees the sales team, ensuresdepartmental targets are achieved and maintains high customer satisfaction.

Schedule : Full-Time

Compensation : $120,000 - $175,000 (Commission)

Who you are :

Experience : Minimum 2 yearsof Automotive Sales Management with a proven track record

License : Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.

Certification : Valid VSA license.

Customer Skills : Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.

Tech Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.

What your day will look like :

Performance Monitoring and Coaching : Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets.

Sales Support : Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries

Customer Interaction : Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings bymanaging customer issues and escalations effectively.

Inventory and Product Knowledge : Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends.

Metrics and Reporting : Measure and report sales metrics, monitor actual performance against plans.
