Vous accueillerez les gens chaleureusement et avec le sourire. Vous mettrez à profit vos compétences organisationnelles et votre maîtrise des logiciels de traitement de texte et de l’informatique pour préparer des documents, tenir à jour les systèmes de classement et gérer la correspondance. Nous cherchons une personne qui pourra nous aider à l’occasion en période de pointe. Ces quarts de travail seront peu fréquents et auront lieu au besoin.

Ce que vous ferez :

Traiter les demandes de renseignements en personne et par téléphone
Tenir à jour les enregistrements-clients en mettant à jour et en consignant les données sur les comptes
Traiter le courrier entrant et sortant, commander les fournitures de bureau et fixer les rendez-vous
Accepter les paiements des clients, s’occuper des reçus et effectuer les dépôts bancaires quotidiens

Ce que nous recherchons :

Approche centrée sur le client et solides aptitudes en matière de travail d’équipe et de relations humaines

Attitude chaleureuse qui facilite l’établissement de relations avec les clients

Capacité d’accomplir plusieurs tâches à la fois de façon organisée et minutieuse

Capacité de s’adapter au changement, de prendre des décisions et de régler des problèmes

Ce qu’il vous faut :

Certificat en administration de bureau ou au moins une année d’expérience connexe (ou un agencement équivalent d’études et d’expérience)
