Job descriptionDéfinir la vision et la feuille de route du produit D365 F&O en alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise. Collaborer avec les parties prenantes (opérationnelles et techniques) pour comprendre leurs besoins et prioriser le « backlog » produit. Rédiger des « user stories » (requis) et assurer la gestion du « backlog » en fonction des priorités d’affaires. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes TI et les consultants externes pour assurer la livraison des solutions. Assurer la qualité des livrables et piloter les tests fonctionnels et d’intégration. Être le point de contact principal pour toutes les demandes liées à D365 F&O. Évaluer l’étendue et la portée des projets, en planifier les différentes étapes et gérer les paramètres clés du projet : portée, budget, échéancier, qualité et risques. Guider et soutenir les collaborateurs assignés aux projets (experts de contenu (SME), super utilisateurs, etc.). Organiser et diriger les réunions de gouvernance. Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la méthodologie de livraison des évolutions / correctifs. Assister le directeur TI et la vice-présidente Finances dans la gestion de projets majeurs et la gestion de portefeuilles de projets. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes TI pour la préparation des tests (représentation opérationnelle, processus d’affaires transversaux, etc.). Contribuer à la rédaction des scénarios de tests intégrant tous les secteurs d’affaires. Analyser les enjeux, formuler des recommandations et contribuer à la mise en place des solutions retenues dans D365. Développer et déployer des outils d’analyse (Power BI, etc.). Superviser le travail d’un analyste d’affaires sous sa responsabilité et assurer son développement. Expérience significative en tant qu’analyse d’affaire sur D365 Finance & Operations. Expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement en méthodologie Agile et / ou « Waterfall ». Excellentes compétences en communication, rôle d’influence et gestion des parties prenantes. Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement complexe. Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et d’analyse (Excel, Power BI, Azure DevOps, etc.). Connaissance approfondie des processus financiers et opérationnels dans un contexte de ERP. Bilinguisme (certains intervenants internes ou externes communiquent en anglais seulement). Define the D365 F&O product vision and roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders (operational and technical) to understand their needs and prioritize the product backlog. Write user stories (requirements) and manage the backlog according to business priorities. Work closely with IT teams and external consultants to ensure delivery of solutions. Ensure the quality of deliverables and manage functional and integration testing. Be the main point of contact for all D365 F&O related requests. Assess the scope and scale of projects, plan the various stages and manage key project parameters : scope, budget, schedule, quality and risks. Guide and support collaborators assigned to projects (subject matter experts (SME), super users, etc.). Organize and lead governance meetings. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the methodology for delivering evolutions / patches. Assist the IT Director and VP Finance in the management of major projects and project portfolios. Work closely with IT teams in test preparation (operational representation, cross-functional business processes, etc.). Contribute to the drafting of test scenarios integrating all business sectors. Analyze issues, make recommendations and contribute to the implementation of selected solutions in D365. Develop and deploy analysis tools (Power BI, etc.). Supervise the work of a business analyst under his / her responsibility and ensure his / her development. Significant experience as a business analyst on D365 Finance & Operations. Project management experience, ideally in Agile and / or Waterfall methodology. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a complex environment. Proficiency in project management and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Azure DevOps, etc.). In-depth knowledge of financial and operational processes in an ERP context. Bilingualism (French work environment; some internal and external stakeholders communicate in English only).
