Job descriptionLead the creation of documentation for current and future state internal processes; Identify potential gaps in existing processes and lead process improvement initiatives using quantitative methods; Identify potential gaps in our existing documentation and provide solutions where applicable; Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements; Define and manage test cases for new products and changes to existing products; Prepare integration plans for product deployments. 5+ years of experience in a related position. Willingness & ability to work with clients, including travel to their offices as needed. Degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field of study. Highly technical & analytical, experience with implementing complex software solutions. Demonstrated ability to perform with significant responsibility in a dynamic environment where decisions are made rapidly. Experience working with Data-driven Applications in a Cloud environment. Experience working with clients and developers to define, scope and prioritize product requirements. Ability to lead junior analysts and support them with their deliverables. Focus Areas
Defining & Documenting Requirements : Equip internal teams with the specifications required to build exactly what the customer is looking for.
- Be proficient at extracting, understanding, and articulating client requirements and relaying those requirements to internal teams to act upon;
- Accountability for all product / project requirements to ensure cross functional delivery of actionable business cases;
- Work with account managers to continuously improve our platform & products.
Defining & Documenting Processes : Internal and client-facing processes are properly defined, documented, and continuously improved.
