Job description

Randstad Victoria is now searching for a temporary Building Maintenance Caretaker. If you are looking to pick up full time work over the next two weeks, and have experience in building maintenance, please get in touch!

Opportunity : Full time, temporary

Location : Greater Victoria

Hours : 8 : 30-5pm, Monday-Friday

Pay rate : $23 - $24 / hr. . depending on experience

Start : ASAP

Advantages

Monday - Friday, day shift
Regular daytime hours
Overtime available
Weekly pay

Responsibilities

Perform all routine and preventative maintenance work around the building

Deal with any minor repairs needed around the building

Maintenance of grounds

Other duties as required

Qualifications

Experience in building maintenance is ideal

Reliable, full time availability

Positive work ethic

Trades experience preferred

Strong English Written and Oral Communication
