What You’ll Do :

• Oversee all aspects of the bar program, from cocktail development to inventory control.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairings that enhance the guest experience.
• Hire, train, and inspire a top-tier bar team that delivers exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain impeccable standards for presentation, service, and efficiency.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new techniques and ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and health regulations.
• Create and manage vendor partnerships, capitalizing on revenue, availability and

efficiency.

Build relationships with BC-based distilleries, breweries, wineries, and suppliers to

highlight regional spirits while ensuring a well-rounded back bar that appeals to a range

of guests.

What You Bring :

3+ years of experience in a bartending role within a high-volume, cocktail-focused

venue

Deep knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques

A passion for hospitality and guest experience, with a hands-on approach to leadership

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost

controls

Experience training and developing bartenders into knowledgeable, confident

professionals
