Position : Receptionist

Location : Langford , BC

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday

Velocity Truck Centre Canada is currently accepting resumes for an experience Receptionist for our Langford, BC branch.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed

Handle inquiries and provide information about services and products

Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution

Assist with customer check-in and check-out processes

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Support dealership staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Class 5 Driver's License

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or commercial truck dealership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
