Join a leading organization renowned for its inclusive culture, enticing compensation, and commitment to excellence.Why Join Us?- Competitive compensation package with annual reviews.- Comprehensive benefits, including Health & Wellness Spending Accounts, matching RRSP contributions, and access to 24 / 7 telemedicine services.- Opportunities for professional growth through a continuing education program.- A collaborative and supportive work environment with state-of-the-art office spaces designed to enhance natural light and provide stunning downtown views.- Convenient access to metro, bus, and train services.Position Overview : As an Audio Visual and Collaboration Platforms Specialist, you will provide exceptional support for conference room technology, smart devices, and IP telephony to ensure a seamless experience for internal and external clients.Key Responsibilities : Audio Visual and Collaboration Platforms Support : - Assist clients with technical requests for conference rooms.- Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings using collaboration platforms.- Ensure AV equipment availability, perform upgrades, and maintain inventory.- Deliver "white glove" technical support to VIP / executive users and provide detailed reports to IT management.- Collaborate on special projects and virtual meeting / event planning.Mobility : - Manage the smart device lifecycle, including procurement, troubleshooting, and inventory management.- Administer smart devices using MDM tools (e.g., MS Intune).- Provide emergency assistance for VIP users as needed.IP Telephony : - Install, configure, and maintain IP phones.- Offer technical support for devices and features.Required Qualifications : - Post-secondary diploma in computer science or related field.- Knowledge of collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx).- Familiarity with conference room AV equipment (Crestron, Poly, Logitech) is an asset.- Strong understanding of iOS, Android, and wireless communication ecosystems.- Minimum of 2 years' experience in technology or audiovisual support.- Proficiency in Windows 10 / 11 and Office 365.- Experience in a law firm is an asset.Skills and Attributes : - Exceptional client service skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.Language Requirements : English- Level of Proficiency Required : Intermediate- Reasons for Language Requirement : Communication with clients, internal team collaboration, support operations in another region, rapport with partners or stakeholders from different cultures- Frequency of Use : Regularly (a few times a week)Please send your resume in Word format to Anjali Kastwar at [email protected] A PERM HIRE AND EARN $1,000!
