Your Opportunity :
This role will perform secretarial and administrative duties for the Director, Building Services Grounds & Trades and the Director, Sustainability & Energy Management. The incumbent will exercise good judgment and independence and has a thorough knowledge of the routines, practices and policies specific to Facilities & Services and the University. As the Assistant, you will coordinate communications and schedules on behalf of the Directors, develops and maintains office processes and procedures. As well, regularly attend meetings, drafts, provides input to and coordinates documents and information of a confidential nature involving discussions about operations, labour relations protocols and procedures, joint health and safety committee, staffing issues and decisions. The incumbent in this role will produce meeting minutes and reports, and processes invoices, expense reimbursements and ensures proper approvals are in place.
