These projects are often highly complex and span multiple functions and business groups.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Collaborate with Business, IT, and 3rd party vendors / stakeholders to confirm project deliverables.Oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring successful completion within scope, time, and quality parameters.Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.Ensure effective communication within and across teams and with all project stakeholders.Maintain strong and positive stakeholder relationships.Coach project teams to adhere to delivery processes and standards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.QualificationsEducation and Experience : Relevant university degree and a minimum of 7 years of IT project management experience.Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.Familiarity with project management techniques and Project Portfolio Management tools.Experience in Digital Organizations, with industry best practices to enhance the customer experience.Experience with Organizational Change Management activities to achieve positive outcomes.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage small to large-scale projects in a cross-functional environment.Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.Must reside in Atlantic Canada.Professional Skills : Strong business acumen and technical resourcefulness.Excellent time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Superior verbal and written communication skills.Strong client and vendor management skills.Solid understanding of software development processes.Passionate about building exceptional client experiences.Ability to resolve and manage conflict.Ability to set clear expectations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive for better outcomes with urgency.Effective documentation of issues, risks, alternatives, and recommendations for executive consumption.Ability to listen to others, value diverse perspectives, and build collaborative and trusted stakeholder relationships.Assets : Experience in the lottery and / or gaming industry.Familiarity with various development methodologies.Experience in internet and / or mobile-based product development.Application Deadline : Posting will remain open until the position is filled or interviews begin.Salary Band : $90,300 - $135,450 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).Work Location : Office or Hybrid option working from either our Moncton or Halifax OfficeOnboarding / Probation : Full-time in-office for the first 9 months, based in Moncton, NB preferred.After Probation : You can choose to either continue working full-time in the office or switch to a hybrid model, coming into the office 2-3 times a week.AL Benefits : Extended health coverage that includes medical, dental, and vision.Basic life insurance and disability.Defined Benefit Pension Plan.Four weeks of vacation annually (pro-rated) plus one week of management leave (pro-rated).
