Salary : Competitive, dependent on experience

Contract Type : Flexible (Part-time / Full-time)

Start Date : Immediate

About the Role :

Are you passionate about education and looking for an opportunity to gain experience in the classroom? We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Unqualified Teachers. This role is perfect for those looking to make a difference in students' lives while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Classroom Supervision : Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment across multiple schools in the Altrincham and Wythenshawe areas.
Pre-set Work Distribution : Hand out pre-set work provided by the teachers and ensure students understand the tasks.
Classroom Management : Ensure students remain on task and follow school rules and guidelines.
Feedback and Reporting : Provide feedback to the lead teacher on student behavior, progress, and any issues that arise during the lesson.
Flexible Subject Coverage : Supervise a range of subjects, adapting to the needs of different classes and year groups.

Requirements :

Enthusiasm and Passion : A genuine interest in education and working with young people.

Reliability and Flexibility : Ability to work across several schools, adapting to different environments and schedules.

Strong Communication Skills : Effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents as needed.

Classroom Management Skills : Maintain order and a conducive learning atmosphere.

Previous Experience (Desirable but not Essential) : Any prior experience in an educational setting or working with children will be an advantage.
