The mission of the Technical Development Department is to deliver fit and construction that fulfills the Creative Design Vision.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Technical Development team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring our product achieves world-class construction and fit. As the Senior Technical Developer, you will support with delivering the highest-quality product that delivers on Aritzia's Everyday Luxury promise, leveraging proactive, collaborative communication with cross-functional teams within Aritzia, and external vendors. THE ROLE
As the Senior Technical Developer / Technical Developer you will :
- Ensure that our product delivers a consistent and superior fit
- Ensure that our product executes with best-in-class construction
- Ensure that all fit samples execute on Design's creative design vision
- Bring life to our product samples to ensure wearable, functional and flattering fits
- Effectively manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of technical development

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
