WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
- 3-5 years’ experience working as a leader in a residential property management environment.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
- A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
- Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, see obstacles as opportunities and has ability to interact with different personalities in a professional manner.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn and grow within industry.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others in achieving exceptional customer service standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call as required to attend to emergencies.
