Critical Mass is seeking a Technology Lead with strong full-stack experience and some generative AI / ML experience. As a pivotal member of a growing team, the Technology Lead will collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Marketing Science, Project Management, and Client Services to deliver best-in-class integrated experiences. The Technology Lead guides all technical aspects of client work - delivering what's known - while pushing the limits of what's possible in the rapidly evolving space of machine learning and AI. The Technology Lead will lead the day-to-day technology team across ML engineering, MLOps, front-end development, and QA.
