Our Banff client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves handling high-volume payroll tasks with a focus on timekeeping, verifying hours, and resolving issues within Workday.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and verify timesheets, including hours worked, tips, and commissions.
- Handle bi-weekly payroll submissions, ensuring accurate calculations and adjustments.
- Resolve payroll glitches and discrepancies, especially with schedules and overtime.
- Ensure timekeeping data is properly submitted and verified in Workday.
- Approve timesheets and verify accuracy of hours worked, including overtime, within Workday.
- Collaborate with managers and teams to address discrepancies or schedule changes.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested.
