Job description

Are you ready to join a team that provides excellent service and value to our customers and our team members? We’re looking for a marketing admin to help bring our brand to life through creative storytelling and social media management. If you have an eye for design, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to organize and execute content plans, this role is for you!

Structure and Pay

  • Full-Time Position
  • 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • 18-$20 an hour

Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Admin

  • Schedule and manage social media posts across several platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Create and maintain a content calendar
  • Take marketing photos
  • Design content using Canva (or whatever software you are familiar with)
  • Monitor and engage with comments and messages across platforms
  • Assist with other marketing initiatives as the role expands
  • Job Qualifications

    These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position :

  • Have some prior marketing experience, preferably in content creation or social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools is a plus but is not required.
  • Strong communication skills
