Mosaic Primary Care Network (MPCN) is seeking a visionary Medical Director to lead our clinical operations and contribute to shaping the future of healthcare delivery in Calgary. As we transition into regional networks, this is an exciting opportunity to enhance collaboration, expand services, and address the evolving needs of our communities. This is a one-year independent contractor role with the potential for extension.

Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking an active family physician who is a member in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta. The preferred skills are listed below, but we value growth and will support the right candidate with training :
- Adaptive Leadership : Skilled in navigating complex healthcare systems, making informed decisions under pressure, and fostering team growth.
- Clinical Leadership : Provide strategic leadership for clinical operations, guiding the care teams in delivering patient-centered care while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Operational Expertise : Experienced in building partnerships, managing resources, and achieving results in healthcare settings.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills : Skilled in engaging stakeholders and managing crucial conversations and conflicts to achieve positive outcomes.
- Systems Thinking : Translating strategic vision into actionable, systems-based strategies for improved outcomes and efficiency.
