Account Manager

The Account Manager ensures clients can't wait to buy more products, and that they see their needs in our evolving solutions; resulting in increased lifetime value of the client.
Focus Areas
Client Advocate : Ensure internal functions at FEF understand customers' requirements and respond appropriately.
- Work with Four Eyes' Product development to ensure our product portfolio reflects changing client needs.
- Work with Client Success team members to ensure training, support & projects meet client needs.
- Work closely with the Product Delivery team to identify opportunities to improve client services.
Manage Client Relationships : All customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are documented, measured and managed.
Leadership & Account Planning : Map client lifecycle and lead internal FEF resources and client contacts to achieve desired outcomes..
