As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you’ll be doing :
- Prepare deposits and respond to direct deposit requests
- Provide and report on monthly revenue accrual figures and adhoc A / R data
- Issue Credit and Debit Memos for short / over-payments of invoices and account adjustments
- Post invoice batches and deposits and process daily payment application batch
- Process / post regular monthly EFAP billings including new and renewed accounts
- Identify and resolve errors
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports
- Issue monthly customer invoices and statements
- Contact customers to discuss billing issues and collect overdue payments
- Provide support to other team members and during audit
- Maintain files and records
