As the Director / Sr. Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be an internal consultant to a Division of the business, identifying, building, and implementing the people and process solutions needed to operate at the highest level of effectiveness.

THE ROLE
As the Director / Sr. Manager, Strategy & Operations you will :
- Evaluate opportunities, develop business plans, and ensure optimal execution of sales or profit maximizing initiatives
- Design or optimize the operating model & structure of the Division
- Design or optimize the processes and programs that enable the business to scale
- Build the standard tools required for the teams to operate such as frameworks, reference materials, templates, toolkits, and more
- Seamlessly integrate and change manage new infrastructure into the day-to-day operations of the Division
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Director / Sr. Manager, Strategy & Operations has :
- Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience in :
- Degree in business administration or related field
- Experience in consulting preferred
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Additionally, this position is eligible for bonus and equity.
