About the Role :
We're seeking a motivated, strategic and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) through another phase of triple digit growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the sales team, implementing consistent and scalable sales processes, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a track record of sales management success, who can foster a collaborative team environment and ensure the achievement of sales targets, leading by example.
Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Management : Oversee and mentor a team of AEs and BDRs, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
- Sales Execution : Be a primary driver of revenue growth through prospecting, trade shows, lead nurturing and closing of clients interested in our core products. Lead by example.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement scalable sales processes (SOPs) and strategies that drive consistent and predictable revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring : Regularly track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration : Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams, including Executive Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional customer experiences.
- Pipeline Management : Ensure the sales team effectively manages their sales funnels from prospecting to closing, maintaining a robust and healthy pipeline.
- Sales Tool Optimization : Set-up and manage inbound and outbound sales processes and sequences using our proven sales tools (Salesforce and Apollo).
- Training & Development : Conduct regular training sessions and sales meetings to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge, keeping them updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Client Engagement : Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting & Accountability : Provide regular updates and detailed reports on sales activities, team performance, projections to budget and market feedback to executive leadership while being accountable and agile.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in sales and sales management, preferably in SaaS or Martech.
- Proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Apollo preferred.
- Ability to travel to industry trade shows and events (approx 20%).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a start-up environment is an asset.
- Team player with a work-hard play-hard mentality.

Compensation Range :
We offer a starting salary of $80,-, CAD + commission and bonuses.
Total compensation includes Salary, bonus, benefits, Employee Stock Option Program and other perks.
