Project Accountant

We have a new opportunity for a Project Accountant to join our client, who is a full-service real estate, development, and constructionpany that specializes in mid to high-rise residential projects.Your new role : Project AccountantScope of the role : The Project Accountant will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting including accounts payables, accounts receivables, tax filings, general ledgers, bank reconciliations and financial reporting. The Project Accountant will oversee the financial aspects and assist in the maintenance of our book of accounts for our projectpanies.Qualifications : Accounting Bachelor’s degree, certification preferred3+ years experience in an accounting department within the construction or real estate development industryExperience with a mid to high-rise developmentResidential portfolio experience an assetMonthly Draw Packages for cost consultantWhat you get in return : $70,000-$80,000 + discretionary bonus + full benefits + 3 weeks vacation + 5 sick days
