Job description

Our Edmonton-based client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a contract role. This position involves providing expert-level support for Excel spreadsheets, including redevelopment, bug fixing, enhancements, and optimization of inventory spreadsheets. If you have advanced Excel skills and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert-level support for Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Redesign and improve existing spreadsheets to meet evolving business needs.
  • Identify and resolve any bugs or issues in the current spreadsheets, while enhancing functionality.
  • Optimize spreadsheets to improve performance, usability, and overall efficiency.
  • Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets, ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Proficiency in Excel, including formula creation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and precision in managing large sets of data.
  • Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and implement effective solutions to improve spreadsheet functionality.
  • Familiarity with inventory-related spreadsheets and tracking systems is an asset.
  • Available to start immediately.
